All NEW players require a copy of their birth certificate at the time of registration.

The Randy McMillen Minor Lacrosse Memorial Fund has been established to sponsor an
Owen Sound child who has a desire to play Lacrosse but does not have the financial resources
in which to do so.
Candidates will be accepted through nominations by local organizations such as Key Stone Child,
Youth & Family Services, Owen Sound Minor Lacrosse or Owen Sound Children’s Aid Society.
The fund selection committee will then review the candidates and select a child for
sponsorship. This child will be sponsored year after year until either he/she no longer wishes
to play lacrosse or is no longer in need of financial assistance. At which time a new candidate
will be selected.
Please make your donation payable to “Owen Sound Minor Lacrosse”, and be sure to indicate
your desire to have this directed to The Randy McMillen Minor Lacrosse Memorial Fund.
Note, although we will send a receipt to acknowledge the donation, Owen Sound Minor Lacrosse is
not a registered charity therefore a tax receipt will not be issued.
